RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING MOTORCYCLES

1. You must be at least 21 years old;
2. You must have a valid motorcycle class driver's license;
3. You must have a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card;
4. It is recommended to wear long trousers and closed toe shoes;
5. Two day weekend rental is required (Saturday and Sunday). It is not possible to rent only on Saturdays.

INCLUDED IN THE RATE

1. Unlimited kilometers;
2. Use of the vehicle for a period of 24 hours;
3. Kasko insurance with overdraft of € 900,00;
4. Restitution of motorbikes even on holidays and in closing hours of the dealer.
5. Helmet and Rain Suite

OPTIONAL COSTS per day

• Roadside assistance 24/7 € 10.00

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A cautionary deposit of € 900,00 will be required at pick-up time using only Mastercard and/or Visa credit card or prepaid with at least € 900,00 availability.

FUEL

The bike will be delivered with full tank and must be returned with full tank, it will be retained to the customer 2,50 € for each missing liter.

SUPPLEMENTARY DRIVER

An additional driver is permitted at no extra charge. The minimum age for an additional driver is 21. A valid motorcycle license and a valid ID are required.

RESPONSIBILITY

Customer may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in the motorcycle operations. Rental is not allowed on dirt roads, beaches or other non-public roads.

REPLACING THE MOTORCYCLE

Harley-Davidson Bergamo reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental client if a problem will occur.

RETURN POLICY

A daily rental is a 24 hours rental. A fee of €50 per hour may be applied for late returns. It is possible to return the bike even at the closing hours of the dealer and on holidays.

REFUND POLICY

If the booking is cancelled in a writing way beyond 15 days from the rental start date, the amount paid will not be reimbursed but can be used for a future rental during the current season. 100% of the total will be applied towards cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled in a
writing way within 15 days from pickup time or if the customer does not show up

There is no refund for early returns.

PARTICULAR RALLIES

All rentals during international and national events and rallies are subject to a minimum 4-day rental period.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation is confirmed as a result of the payment by credit card or cash, checks are not accepted. A deposit of € 900,00 will be required at the pick-up time exclusively by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and prepaid with at least € 900,00 availability).
A early reservation is recommended in order to guarantee the desidered motorcycle.
